Shipping Policy

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. We also ship to military addresses.

When does my order ship?

We ship each quarter’s box by the 15th of the last month for the corresponding quarter. If you subscribe to the club after the current quarter’s box has shipped, we will send you that quarter’s box if supplies are still available. Otherwise, your first box will ship in the next upcoming quarter. Boxes will be received by the last week of the quarter.

How much does shipping cost?

 

Standard shipping within the U.S is $10 per quarter per box. The Best of grooming box ships within the U.S for $9.95.

Unfortunately, we have to charge a little extra for shipments to Canada, $12 per quarter, per box. The Best of Grooming Box does not ship to Canada.

A third-party carrier will ship all items you receive through the service.

What about Canada?

We do! Shipping to Canada is $12 per quarter, per box. Your package will take 10-15 business days to arrive from the date shipped. Unfortunately, we do not ship the Best of Grooming box to Canada. If you have any questions, please contact info@menshealthbox.com

Which carrier do you use to send the box?

For the U.S., typically the U.S. Postal Service will make the final delivery to your door, though sometimes we use UPS. We look for the cheapest rates as possible.

Can you have the delivery person leave my package at my doorstep if I’m not home?

This is usually left up to the individual who is delivering your package. There’s no guaranteed way to make this happen, but a safe bet is to put this type of instruction in the “Address 2” field of your shipping address.

How long does delivery take?

Standard shipping in the lower 48 takes 4-7 days. Shipping to Canada takes between 10 and 15 days since packages need to make customs, though it can be faster. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii can take 10-20 days.

Can you ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)?

Yes, but we will likely need more information if the fields provided at checkout do not allow for enough space. You can email us at support@theboxoutgroup.com

Are you able to guarantee delivery dates?

From time to time there are carrier delays due to inclement weather or maintenance which are outside of our control. If a package is late for this reason, we are unable to refund the amount paid for shipping.

 

I dig most of the items in my box, but there’s one or two I don’t want – can I return just those?

Unfortunately not. The Editor’s of Men’s Health took care in curating the box, and our mission is to exceed your expectations, but sometimes tastes vary. We recommend considering re-gifting any items to your bro, dad, brother-in-law, or even your boss lol!

How long does it take to process a return?

Our boxes are a package deal, so unfortunately, we do not accept returns for the entire box contents or on an individual product basis.
